Loft Conversion

This practical loft conversion cleverly transformed a large roof space into two bright children's bedrooms and a shared family bathroom, perfectly addressing the needs of a growing family. The thoughtful layout ensures both bedrooms benefit from good proportions and natural light, whilst the centrally positioned bathroom serves both rooms efficiently.

Dormer windows were incorporated into the design to increase headroom and create usable floor space, making the bedrooms feel spacious and comfortable. Velux roof windows provide additional light and ventilation, whilst custom-built wardrobes in each bedroom maximise storage without encroaching on the living space.

The project was completed to the highest standard, with careful attention paid to sound insulation between the new rooms and the floors below.
