Loft Conversion

This thoughtfully designed loft conversion added valuable living space to a Cardiff property, creating a multi-functional room that serves as both a home office and occasional guest bedroom. The conversion made excellent use of the available roof space, incorporating clever design solutions to maximise both headroom and floor area.

Large roof lights and a feature gable window ensure the space benefits from excellent natural light throughout the day, whilst built-in eaves storage makes use of awkward spaces that might otherwise be wasted. The neutral décor and quality carpet create a calm, productive environment perfect for working from home.

The project included all essential structural work, insulation to modern standards, and a new staircase that integrates seamlessly with the existing hallway. From initial design through to final decoration, every element was carefully considered to deliver a conversion that enhances the home's functionality whilst maintaining its character and kerb appeal.
